Is this commission only?
Yes. Sales representative is a 1099 commission role with no cap and no draw to repay.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, once the client is onboarded and the hold has cleared.
Do I need experience?
No. Coachability and follow-through matter more. We train the product and the process.
Do I have to recruit?
No. Overrides are there if you want to build a team, but you can just sell.
Is there a fee to join?
Never. We do not charge reps for training, leads, tools, or materials.
Is it door to door?
Business to business. You meet owners and operators, in person and by phone.
Earnings depend entirely on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
